The first visits to the dentist don’t have to be boring, pediatric dentistry is very important, it preventing and educating must be the responsibility of the parents and that is why our
objective is to help you in that process, bring your children as soon as they have their first teeth, don’t wait until they suffer from pain, prevention makes our children to have more affection when caring for their mouth.
In the first visits we perform a check-up and we recommend to take an x-ray and observe how is the eruption of the permanent teeth, which is very important to avoid dental impactation.
Currently, our clinic is equipped to provide the PADI service (Programa de Asistencia Dental Infantil, Dental Assistance Children’s Programme), which is a program subsidised by the government in the Balearic Islands, addresses to children from 6 to 15 years of age, that
includes several procedures, such as dental cleaning, fillings, sealants, etc. free of charge.
Any kid can use the PADI from January 1st of the year of his or her 6th birthday and can continue using it until December 31st of the year in which he or she turns 15 years old.
What services are included? It includes an annual check-up and preventing proceedings or treatments necessary to the permanent teeth: fissure sealing, fluoridations, cavity fillings, endodontics and treatment for dental injuries produced by trauma, among other services.
